We run semi-private classes in our Jindalee Clinic, that accommodate up to 3 participants, as well as smaller 2-on-1 and 1-on-1 classes to ensure you feel guided every step along the way.

This class is designed for those with prior Pilates experience seeking a continuous, seamlessly moving session. The focus is on flowing from one exercise to the next with minimal interruption, offering a more dynamic workout.
These classes aim to challenge you and target specific muscle groups, movement patterns, or exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels, provided you have Exercise Physiology clearance.

Over 50’s
This fun and friendly class is designed for individuals over 50 who want to enhance their strength, balance, and coordination while focusing on joint health and mobility.
These sessions are designed to challenge you by focusing on specific muscle groups, movement patterns, and exercises. Appropriate for all fitness levels with Exercise Physiology clearance.

Our classes are run in a private, air-conditioned space in our Jindalee Clinic, located in the Jindalee Goodlife Health Club.
A Goodlife Gym membership is not required.
