Meet Liam Miles, 

Exercise Physiologist, Principal & Founder 

Liam graduated from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2015 and has over 6 years of experience in clinical exercise delivery.

 

Over the past 6+ years, Liam has honed his skills in exercise management across a wide range of conditions. Liam is extremely passionate about helping his clients understand, firsthand, the benefits of exercise and utilising exercise as medicine. Before and during his University studies, Liam was a Personal Trainer specialising in one-on-one and group strength and conditioning for all population types.

 

Liam also currently works with professional elite athletes from the Brisbane Broncos Rugby League Team and Queensland Reds Rugby Union Team in their offseason rehabilitation/preparations.

Meet Sean Reilly,

Exercise Physiologist (Honours)

Sean led a very active lifestyle growing up, he competed at a high level in tennis, cricket and football. Being highly active from a young age contributed greatly to Sean’s eventual chosen career path.

 

He originally studied business (economics and management) at university, however soon realised his passion and motivation lay within directly influencing people’s health, both mentally and physically. He soon kissed his economics and management career goodbye and inevitably graduated from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2015 with honours in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

 

Fast forward, Sean now has 6+ years experience in the field of clinical exercise. His passion and motivation remain sky-high in regards to his clients' health and well-being, proving to them daily, that movement is medicine! Before and during his university studies, Sean was a tennis coach at St Peter’s Lutheran College, he coached players from a youth development level up to tournament level players.

Meet Josh Russell,

Exercise Physiologist (Honours) 

Josh graduated from the University of Queensland (UQ) in 2021 with Honours in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He is an extremely driven practitioner with a passion for educating patients that their health is their greatest wealth! He brings a positive and light-hearted nature to his sessions and takes pride in delivering a personalised service to each patient and accommodating to all conditions. Josh prioritises continuing his education and applying evidence-based practices to all sessions.

Josh has a strong interest in all things sport, playing competitively in Rugby, Track & Field and Volleyball growing up. Continuing from his experiences in high-performance sport, Josh applies his knowledge from his studies at university to provide a personalised service to cater for his client’s needs.
 
During his studies, Josh spent 4 years working in group fitness gyms as a personal trainer, where he developed his skills assisting with all population types.

Meet Adam Walter,

Exercise Physiologist (Honours)

Adam graduated from the University of Queensland (UQ) in 2022 with  Honours in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He is a dedicated practitioner that strives to work alongside his clients to achieve their goals and maintain their ideal lifestyle.
 
Adam discovered his love for physical activity from an early age 
through playing competitively in Cricket, Basketball and Rugby. This provided an opportunity for Adam to gain valuable experience in strength and conditioning settings and integrate this knowledge into his practice today.
 
During his studies, Adam worked under experienced Exercise 
Physiologists to provide clients with specifically tailored one-on-one sessions. He aims to use his acquired knowledge to provide a positive,  educational, client-centred service.

Meet Yvette Hines,
Exercise Physiologist (Honours)


Yvette graduated from the University of Queensland (UQ) in 2022 with Honours in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She is a motivated practitioner who aims to inspire and support those around her to live an active and healthy lifestyle through education and encouragement. Her first priority is her patient’s needs which are accommodated through tailored programs based on the individuals conditions and goals. 

From a young age, Yvette has been involved in many individual and team sports where she went on to play competitively in Track and Field and Touch. Since starting her degree, she has grown to love road cycling and gym based fitness. Alongside her passion for health, Yvette enjoys travelling, weekend markets and lots of coffee!

During Yvette’s studies, she gained experience working with various populations which allowed her to develop the necessary skills to accommodate her services to a wide range of individuals. She uses this knowledge acquired to provide person-centred care.

Meet Emma Kukulies,

Exercise Physiologist (Honours)

Emma graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (Honours) in 2019. Emma comes from a background of working in a hospital setting. She has worked with a number of clinical groups including; oncology, orthopaedic, respiratory and cardiac rehabilitation. She also has experience in women’s health and occupational health.

 

She strives to deliver a quality service to each patient and her compassionate nature helps establish a rapport, ensuring they feel comfortable. Her passion that exercise is medicine is demonstrated in her use of evidence based exercises to support and improve health and wellness of individuals in the strive for a healthier community. 

 

In her spare time Emma teaches both mat work and reformer Pilates and enjoys hiking up a mountain to find a good view.

Lach Brook

Meet Lach Brook,

Exercise Scientist/Personal Trainer

Lach graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from the Australian Catholic University (ACU) in 2019. He is passionate about working with all populations to help them achieve their goals –from improving quality of life to sports performance training.

 

From a young age, Lach has always been involved in sports, competing in representative level Rugby League, Rugby Union and Athletics. Utilising his extensive knowledge of sports performance, Lach works with athletes on the specific demands of their sport, to ultimately make them better athletes.

 

During his studies, Lach worked in a group fitness setting, which he has continued at BBM, offering both one-on-one and small group sessions. With experience in multiple training disciplines, Lach brings to his sessions a positive and caring manner, focused on client outcomes and education. He is highly qualified and well suited to assist you in any lifestyle or performance goals.
